California Fishing License is NEEDED per person unless the guest is under 16 yrs old.
Lunch is NOT included so pack a light snack.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be done two weeks in advance (excluding weather). If cancelled after the two-week limit, you will be charged the deposit. If cancelled less than 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the trip.
Weather Related Cancellations:
Weather must be considered when booking a fishing charter. It is solely up to the Captain’s decision as to whether it is safe enough to depart. Weather reports do change frequently. Your Captain if need to be, will call you 24 hours prior to your trip to advise you of the weather conditions. The Captain will examine the weather conditions, brief the party and make the determination to proceed, cancel or if possible, re-schedule the trip for you. If the decision to cancel is made by the captain due to weather or any other safety concerns the party can reschedule for another open date, however if the party, after being briefed on the weather and sea conditions, decides to continue on with the charter and after the boat leaves the dock, all refunds if any will be at the discretions of Graphic Slayer Sportfishing.
Refunds:
All Refund take 7 to 14 days to be refunded back to you card from the time the captain tells you that it has been cancelled.
No shows for charters will be charged the full prices of the charter to your credit card…
We also stand-by a 30 minute “NO SHOW” policy which states that if you are more than 30 minutes late for your charter and do not call the captain it is considered a NO SHOW and you will be charged for the full trip amount. If you call to say you are running late that is no problem but remember that your charter time starts at the stated departure time.
We couldn’t have picked a better captain to charter. We booked JT for a 40th birthday adventure to the Channel Islands. He’s professional and courteous. Although you can’t pick the weather, you can pick the charter and I don’t regret picking JT.

Before the trip, he will inform you (via texting or emails) of what tackle, rod & reel sizes you will need to bring and what fish we are likely to go after. He is definitely passionate about fishing and always does his best to take you to the best fishing spots. I’ve caught some big rockfishes, white sea bass, halibut, and other big legal-size fishes. Fish cleaning and filleting is also provided! Will definitely go again GREAT FISHING & GUIDE around Oxnard & Ventura area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
JT is the man! What a great time we had on his boat. Very professional service, he knew right where to put the boat to pull in fish. JT was very hospitable and very patient with us. We are not avid fishermen, but JT made us feel like we were seasoned pros. He was super helpful and I can’t wait to go again! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
